Frequently Asked Questions

Each of our shirts are quality checked personally due to our print-on-demand structure. For best results wash in cold water inside-out. However, if you do still have any complaints please direct them to the email addresses on our “About Us and we will address your query as soon as possible.

 

We delivery our stock in 5-7 working days.  If you need any further assistance, please contact us on the email addresses provided on our “About Us and we will get back to you ASAP.

 

All order over R650.00 are free nationally. Any order below R650.00 will be charged an additional R60.00 in order to get our fantastic tees to you! (Trust me just spend R650.00, so worth).

 

 

Returns & Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy. This means that you have 7 days to request a return in case you are unhappy with your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to show your proof of payment. 

To start your return, you can contact us at general@helveyapparel.co.za. If your return is accepted, we will email you to begin the process to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right as soon as possible.

 

 

Any items returned for reasons outside of the reasons stated on this return policy will incur additional costs or we reserve the right to reject these returns if they fall outside of the terms stipulated here.

 

 

Our exchanges policy follows the same procedure as the returns, when we receive the item, we will inform you that we have received it, refund you and you may make a new separate purchase. Please stipulate in your email that your item is coming back to be exchanged.

 

 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
